thanks for the article! which of the 7 actually tracks deals under $50M? the under-$50M tier is where most early-stage M&A actually happens, and most M&A newsletters skip it because the data is bad.

Evernomic Confidential. Focus is $2-$20m but it’s deal analysis not news.

For news all the others do occasionally but it’s not their focus. SMB deal hunter focuses below $50m too but its not news once again

This is a genuinely useful list. M&A is one of those areas where following the right niche writers can give you far more context than simply reading the deal headlines. Saving a few of these.

M&A isn't just sourcing targets and closing deals. Maybe this newsletter list needs an addition to round it out?

(Execution strategy is half of any good deal thesis... if overlooked or poorly defined as part of your strategy, "M&A" remains academic and won't reliably produce ROI.)
